“The House Between” | Interactive Installation

The House Between is a glowing, walk-around sculptural installation exploring the liminal space between light and shadow, memory and presence, self and community. Shaped like a small house and wrapped in translucent panels covered in community-generated shadow cutouts, the structure projects a dynamic landscape of shadows across the surrounding environment.

The sculpture becomes a sanctuary of reflection, inviting visitors to step into a threshold—between inner and outer worlds—and to witness the beauty of contrast and interconnectedness. Light transforms the house into a living lantern, while voices and patterns from the community are etched in shadow.
