Georgia O'Keeffe Museum
Santa Fe, New Mexico
“Portal to a Future in Harmony with Nature” | Interactive Installation
Visitors are invited to create small collages that imagine a future world in balance with nature: a vision of harmony, land care, and interconnectedness. These mini artworks will be added to a growing installation on the Art Truck, transforming it into a collective portal of possibility. With ambient light, sound, and optional projections, the truck becomes a living shrine to ecological hope and imagination. It is meant to be hands-on, intuitive, and reflective of O’Keeffe’s relationship to the land.
About the artist: The Art Truck is a mobile creative studio that brings accessible art-making experiences to communities across New Mexico, fostering collaboration, equity, and connection through grassroots art education inspired practices.
The Georgia O'Keeffe Museum is dedicated to the artistic legacy of Georgia O'Keeffe, her life, American modernism, and public engagement. It opened on July 17, 1997, eleven years after the artist's death. It comprises multiple sites in two locations: Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Abiquiu, New Mexico
