Creationization.zone is a multimedia web experience and triple album, coming to light after 4 years of incubation in the mountains of northern New Mexico. For PASEO 2022, they will create an interactive installation/projection-based version of our web experience. To merge the worlds of Creationization & PASEO 2022, they have mixed an interactive live camera feed (focused on participants) with processed imagery, video & music from the Zone.

The installation consists of a combination of a large interactive camera fed projection. There are many aleatoric images/elements built into reationization.zone, including randomization of the paths a visitor takes to each album. Each journey through the site provides a unique & unexpected experience, and this feeling of discovery is part of what they hope to bring to PASEO 2022.

About the artist: Creationization began when N's overhead projectors shone beams of liquid light upon M's keyboards & drum machines, creating a portal into a dimension of pure FM synthesis. Once their frequencies were fully modulated and their double fusion was complete, they fired up the 8-track and began recording magnetic artifacts of their experiences in this exotic realm known as the Zone.

Since 2017, N & M have ridden their keyboards into the Zone’s midsummer evening sunrises, searching for the songs of FM spirits & beaming them back to Earth through the process known as Creationization. Now they’ve unleashed the full collection of otherworldly recordings known as ‘Glyphs’ in the form of a quantum website: Creationization.zone
