“Shadow Stories” | Interactive Puppet Show
Welcome to "Shadow Stories," an innovative and captivating interactive art exhibit designed to bring joy, creativity, and storytelling to the heart of Kit Carson Park during the PASEO evening interactive art festival. This exhibit combines the magic of puppetry, dance, and technology to create an engaging experience where participants become the storytellers and performers, while the audience becomes part of the enchanted world they weave.
"Shadow Stories" is an interactive puppet show that invites festival-goers to step into the spotlight and become the protagonists of their own tales. Positioned in front of a green screen, participants will be encouraged to unleash their creativity and perform, dance, or act out a story while being captured by a camera. Their movements will then be transformed into a lively puppet on a large screen, interacting with other animated characters in a distinct visual spectacle.
The audience will be essential to the enchanting experience of "Shadow Stories." As they gather in front of the large screen, they become active participants in the unfolding tales. Encouraged to cheer, react, and even suggest ideas to the performers, the audience becomes an integral part of the interactive performance, creating an atmosphere of shared wonder and joy.
